Shipping policy

 

We are proud to offer FREE international shipping services that currently operate in over 200 countries and islands worldwide. Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. We will continue to grow to meet the needs of all our customers, delivering a service beyond all expectations anywhere in the world.

All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-5 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

  • All shipping times exclude clearance/customs delays.
  • Our beds are manufactured in Shenzen China.
  • All orders are currently being shipped from Shanghai, Beijing, and Shenzen.
  • As soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.

How do you ship packages?

We provide free shipping from our warehouses in Asia.

What are my payment options?

We accept payments by PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.

How long does shipping take?

Estimated shipping time varies by location and can be longer than 10 days due to high demand. These are our estimates:

*This doesn’t include our 1-5 day processing time and It may be longer during Holidays and Summer Vacation Time.

Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s custom restrictions (we wish this didn’t happen). And If Custom Holds your Order for a longer period of time there is nothing we can do about it.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information, but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.

What should I do if I entered the wrong shipping details?

Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect. Note that we are unable to allow any changes once your order has been shipped. If your order is marked as returned to the sender, we will be required to pass on a subsidized reshipping postage fee of $10 USD. Do ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.
